Contract work for software engineers.

You build tasks that AI labs use to train coding agents: a realistic bug, tests that catch it, a working fix, and notes on how you found it.

The work

Tasks are built on realistic codebases, with existing code, dependencies and edge cases. Each one has a problem, tests and a working solution. Depending on the project, you might write a bug and its fix, build a feature against acceptance tests, review a pull request, or record a working session.

Work is project-based, usually 5 to 20 hours a week while a project runs. You set your own hours.
