What you will do
- Review proposed code changes and identify bugs, security issues and design problems.
- Write review comments a teammate could act on, ranked by severity.
- Write and test corrected versions of flawed changes, and judge AI-written reviews.
- Review other engineers' tasks for realism, reproducibility and test quality.
What you will need
- 6+ years of professional software engineering, including regular code review.
- Clear written English.
Nice to have
- Experience as a tech lead or maintainer.
- Experience setting review standards for a team.
